Michael Newsome - Beveled Blue Bowl

This beautiful stoneware bowl was handmade by Michael Newsome in Portland, Ore.

The rounded sides are accented by a lovely bevel along the lip. The interior is glazed in a speckled rich blue, and the exterior boasts a dark, slightly metallic finish, resulting in a vessel that excites from every angle. The bowl is also surprisingly lightweight for its impressive size, emphasizing Michael's immense skill.
