Michael Newsome - Mug with Lid

This elegant stoneware lidded mug was handmade by Michael Newsome in Portland, Ore.

The lid nests comfortably on top of the mug to help keep your tea or coffee hot, and is also the perfect place to set a tea bag once your tea is done steeping. The exterior of the vessels are glazed in a subtle golden metallic finish, which changes colors and vibrancy depending on the light, and the interior is black.
